Our services encompass all aspects of mortgage foreclosures from generating Act letters through Sheriff's Sale and beyond (i.e. eviction, REO Closing and HUD/VA title packages).
BANKRUPTCY
At our clients request our office will prepare and file Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections to Plan and we shall defend against any objections filed against our client's Proof of Claim and any Adversary proceedings filed against our clients.
